Since 2019, the drum and synth duo Rymdklubben, consisting of Sam Reilly and Simon Hennevelt, has revolutionized underground scenes with a unique blend of indie electronic and krautrock. They are celebrated for their genre-defying music and unique, event-specific live sets. In the summer of 2024, they released their debut album, Dissociative Guidance. Almost entirely self-produced, the duo based the record on a fusion of techno, post-rock, krautrock, jungle, and ambience, creating a “special blend for the mind to disappear to.” Their work has already garnered critical acclaim, including a nomination for “Dance of the Year” at the Manifest Awards 2025.
